A feast of cricket this summer

The Australia Day Test at the Adelaide Oval returns this summer, with Australia to play India from January 24-28, 2012

The return of the Australia Day Test will be the highlight of a bumper summer of cricket, with New Zealand and India here for a total of 6 Test matches spanning from December 1st through to the end of January.

And for the first time in four years, a one-day tri-series will return the involving Australia, India and Sri Lanka, with Adelaide to host two preliminary round matches and two finals.

In between the conclusion of the Test series and the start of the one-dayers, Australia will play two Twenty20 internationals against India in Sydney and Melbourne.

The summer begins with Australia taking on New Zealand in the first Test at the Gabba in Brisbane on December 1 with the second Test at Bellerive Oval in Hobart starting on Demember 9.

Australia plays world number one India in the Boxing Day Test match at the MCG, before moving to Sydney for January 3-7, Perth from January 13-17 and the Adelaide Oval from January 24-28.

January 24-28: 4th Test - Australia v India

February 12: ODI Game 4 - Australia v India

February 14: ODI Game 5 - India v Sri Lanka

March 6: ODI 2nd Final

March 8: ODI 3rd Final (if required)

All international matches will be broadcast on 891 ABC Adelaide.
